Dyslexia and learning difficulties
With or without a formal diagnosis, reflex integration may help. The inner ear and cerebellar-vestibular system act as a kind of fine-tuner for the brain — when this system hasn't matured as efficiently as it could, the visual and auditory signals reaching the brain can arrive blurred, scrambled or delayed.
This is often part of what sits behind dyslexia — not only reversed letters, but difficulty with spelling, sequencing, coordination, remembering facts like times tables, or following multi-step instructions.

A few minutes, every day
The INPP programme works through a small number of simple movement exercises, done for a few minutes each day at home, revisiting early developmental movement patterns that may not have fully integrated. Reviews happen every 6–8 weeks in clinic, in Leith, Biggar or Aberdeen — the daily exercises themselves need no special equipment or travel.
Alongside INPP
Where auditory processing is also part of the picture, this is often supported alongside a Tomatis® or Johansen IAS listening programme.
