Reflex integration doesn't aim to change who someone is — it aims to ease the physical overwhelm that can make daily life harder than it needs to be. Retained early reflexes, particularly the withdrawal reflex and the Moro reflex, are often part of what contributes to sensory over-sensitivity, difficulty coping with change, and challenges with non-verbal communication.
The programmes also support auditory and visual processing, which can help alongside social interaction and communication.

Gentle, and at their own pace
We work gently and at the individual's own pace — pushing too hard, too fast tends to be counterproductive when someone is already feeling overwhelmed. Exercises are adjusted session to session, with fall-back options always available if a particular exercise isn't working for that person on that day.
No diagnosis required
We work with autistic children and adults both with and without a formal diagnosis — what matters is whether the underlying reflex and sensory profile is contributing to day-to-day difficulty.
